She feels there is no limit when it comes to art. She is skilled in all elements of art, but painting is her favorite next to pencil drawing and shading.

has studied with many Native American artists. She specializes in making traditional jewelry. She appreciates bringing modern design to conventional styles and loves inspiring personal views while respecting traditional methods. She hopes to expand ideas and make sure traditions continue in new generations. Dona spends her free time volunteering at schools by helping young artists blossom. She currently assists art classes at JMA.
